The BE-CAN-FO series converters support all transmission speeds up to 1Mbps. The BE-CAN-FO-P2S & BE-CAN-FO-P2M connect two CAN bus systems via single or multi-mode fiber optics. These converters turn electrical CAN signals into fiber optic communications for long-distance transmission without attenuation. CAN bus errors don’t affect other networks, and the baud rates don’t limit the transmission distance. Advanced technology allows high-rate transmission over 20km without delay. The BE-CAN-FO series is used in major global projects due to its high performance.

Buffering Function: The BE-CAN-FO CAN Bus Fiber Optic Converter is designed to prevent data loss. Its internal isolation ensures reliable operation in harsh environments. It also supports an anti-stream function with a buffering capacity of 1000 frames.
No Cascading: The BE-CAN-FO does not require cascading; it maintains frame integrity at high data rates and during long-distance transmissions. The transmission distance is unaffected by increased baud rates.
Reliability: Compared to other brands, the BE-CAN-FO contributes to more stable and secure networks, achieving up to 6500 frames per second.
Buffer Clearance: The buffer can be cleared within a nominated time (optional feature).
High Rate: Supports data rates up to 1Mbps (SM: 20km, MM: 2km).
